Quote requests
- Sending a quote request doesn’t book a job or commit you to anything. It asks us to look at your job and give you a price.
- Our quotes are based on what you tell us and the photos you send, or what we see on a site visit. Please give us accurate details, including anything that affects the work, like powerlines, buildings, access or pets.
- A job is booked once you accept our quote and we agree a time. If we find something on the day that wasn’t known when we quoted, or you ask for extra work, we’ll talk to you and agree any change to the price before doing it.
Your property, approvals and access
- You need to be the owner of the trees and property, or have the owner’s permission, before we do any work. If the job involves a neighbour’s trees or access through their property, you need their permission too.
- Getting any approvals needed for the work, such as council approval for a protected or heritage tree, or a permit to clear native vegetation, is the landowner’s responsibility. Ask us if you’re not sure whether you need one.
Photos you send us
By sending photos, you confirm you’re allowed to share them. We use them only to quote and plan your job, and we won’t publish them without your permission.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website, or from the website being unavailable. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or our responsibility for the work we carry out.
