What we collect
When you call, email or use our quote form, we collect what you give us, which may include:
- your name, phone number and email address
- the address or suburb of the job
- details and photos of the trees and property
- how you heard about us
- the date and time you agreed to this policy and our terms of service
We don’t ask for, and don’t want, payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- quote the job and contact you about it
- plan and do the work, and invoice for it
- keep records we are required to keep, such as tax records
- understand how people find us, so we can improve our advertising
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
Where it’s stored and who else handles it
Quote requests are saved in a secure database, and photos in private file storage, both run by Supabase in Sydney and only accessible to us. We also use:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, runs our quote form and its spam check, and forwards email sent to our address
- Resend, which delivers quote requests from the website to our email inbox
- Google, which provides our email
Some of these providers may handle information on servers outside Australia. We only share what’s needed for them to provide their service.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that don’t go ahead, and their photos: up to two years, then deleted.
- Records of jobs we do: as long as tax law requires, which is generally five years.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we’re required to keep it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email help@treemulchersperth.com.au or call 0410 886 132.
